At ALT3R EGO FITNESS we are committed to empowering both inexperienced and experienced individuals to transform their lives naturally and authentically. Our mission is to bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement by offering a comprehensive online coaching program that nurtures lifelong growth, resilience, and well-being.

More About Natasha

Natasha’s resilience was born in the heart of the South, specifically Mississippi, growing up in a disadvantaged environment. With minimal nutrition education and limited access to nutritious food, she spent her adolescence struggling with weight. Her journey to better health began right after high school when she enlisted in the United States Army and fitness became a priority. Still, Natasha carried around some excess weight and hovered around a size 16.

Her story took a significant turn after her second pregnancy. In 2018, shortly after her daughter’s birth, Natasha faced multiple surgeries, including a hysterectomy due to fibroid tumors. These experiences led to an unexpected diagnosis of kidney cancer during a routine checkup. In those moments, her perspective on life shifted dramatically. The worries of superficial scars faded, replaced by profound questions about her life’s purpose and impact on others.

These challenges became Natasha’s catalyst for change. Through a dedicated focus on incorporating medicinal foods and making mindful daily choices, she emerged as a wife, mother, and cancer survivor with a profound insight into health, nutrition, and healing. It once seemed impossible to reach her goals, even when giving 100%; today, as a disabled veteran with limited range of motion and postoperative neuropathic pain, Natasha helps clients transform their bodies with holistic solutions.  She loves helping others adopt the right diet and strategic fitness regimen so they too can stop spinning their wheels and start maximizing their potential!

In order to provide the best quality training & coaching with consistency to each client, Alt3r Ego trains a set amount of clients on a rolling basis. As slots become available, new clients can sign up at any time! QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!

No. 8-12 weeks is the average amount of time it usually takes for clients to change physically & psychologically. Alt3r Ego encourages every client to set realistic goals and adopt a deliberate lifestyle change. Trust the process!

Our Physical Training and Wellness & Nutrition packages are completely inclusive, no matter your age, gender, weight, fitness level, or current life circumstances.

Our Competition Training services are more specialized, and we work exclusively with women – but men are welcome to reach out and we can provide an expert referral!
